    Plug locked device into Pc Usb
    Run device temporary Drive auto run setup ( if not installed before )
    Run Dc Unlocker in Admin Mode and Click on "Detect Modem"
    Install "FcSerialDrv" Drivers
    From Dc unlock Click on "Detect Modem" again

    go to device manager and make sure there is only ONE COM PORT " Huawei Mobile Connect - 3G Pc Ui Interface (Com port Number)
    Open Inferno UniTool
        Go to Huawei
        Huawei Modem
        Erase
        Select Correct Model ( Select CAREFULLY, See Model Number from Device Sticker)
        Select Firmware ver ( See your Current Ver from Dc Unlocker )
        Write Correct Com Port In Inferno Software( See in Device Manager which port is used by "Huawei Mobile Connect - 3G Pc Ui Interface" )
    Click on Next

    now Press "Enter Button" from key board you will get reply like this,
