1. Turn off your phone.
   
   
2. Then press and hold together Power button + Home button + Volume Up button, and hold it by the 5 second.
   
   
3. Now you can see recovery menu, where you can find option "wipe data/factory reset". Select it using Volume buttons and confirm with Power button.
