BB5 Best Dongle Install Problem

 

 

 

I. System requirements

1. Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows-7 (32 and 64 bit tested)
2. 20 Mb free disk space for software modules and about 200 Gb for flash files
3. One free USB port for dongle
4. Do not use any kind of usb-sharing or port sniff software to avoid blocked dongle !  You was warned, we take no responsibility for any kind of blocked dongles !

II. Installation procedure

1. Connect Dongle/box to PC, in most cases drivers will be installed automatically
2. If drivers can not be installed automatically: download and install 

PKey Drivers

3. Install software according to

 

this instruction

4. Download and install

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (or higher)

If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows-7 you can install drivers automatically via Internet
1. Connect Dongle/Box to PC
2. Be sure that you have active Internet connection
3. Let Windows makes the rest automatically

You can manually install Drivers for different Smart-Card Reader types

 

- Old PKey Drivers
- Fetian FT SCR2000 (FT2000) x32, x64 How to update Fetian FT SCR2000 (FT2000) Smart-Card Reader drivers
- Omnikey CCID x32, x64
- SCM SCR3310 x32, x64
- AlcorMicro x32, x64

How to find your Smart-Card Reader VID/PID

 

- USB device viewer

If you use Windows 8/8.1

 

- How to install unsigned Card-Reader drivers for Windows 8/8.1

1. Allez ici:

2. Télécharger ce: Smart-Card (e-gate) et les pilotes FTDI

3:

- Allez sur "Gestionnaire de périphériques" 2.2.
- Clic droit sur périphérique USB Token
- Sélectionnez "Parcourir mon ordinateur pour logiciel pilote"
- Cliquez sur "Me laisser choisir parmi une liste de pilotes de périphériques sur mon ordinateur"
- Sur la page suivante, il dira Modèle: Token USB
- Cliquez sur Suivant
- Il va installer les pilotes appropriés pour Windows 7
- Aller ouvrir le programme BEST

1.uninstall pilotes UFS si déjà installé
2. Allez dans le menu Démarrer et tapez cmd.exe dans la barre de recherche. Un clic droit sur cmd.exe et choisissez Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

3. Si vous avez l'UAC activé, choisissez Oui pour continuer. Sinon, vous devriez voir les fenêtres de commande déjà ouverts. Dans la fenêtre de shell

4. Maintenant en invite de commande tapez ces deux commandes un par un et appuyez sur Entrée (type 1er commande puis appuyez sur Entrée et vous obtiendrez une confirmation que l'opération se est terminée avec succès, puis entrez à nouveau 2ème commande Vous obtenez à nouveau une confirmation que l'opération réussi)

Les commandes sont

bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

5.Restart Computer ( it is very important )

6.Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000 ( during installing it will ask you to do you want to install new drivers press yes )

7.Plug Ufs with your pc or laptop ( i have laptop ) it will install drivers without any error



8.Open Best -> settings -> connect settings -> select ufs



Now you are ready to use !!
just tested on one Nokia 5800 to test , this one my own mobile so i just test it with boot only i do not want to flash my own mobile
